Nestled among the serene heights of the great Himalayas are four pilgrim-destinations namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, collectively known as Char Dham. These pilgrimage centers draw the maximum numbers of pilgrims each year, thus becoming the most important hubs of religious travel in the whole of Northern India. Traditionally, the pilgrimage begins from the West and ends in the East. Thus, the Char Dham Yatra commences from Yamunotri, then proceeding to Gangotri and finally to Kedarnath and Badrinath.

Departure From Delhi
Departure to Haridwar (205 Kms). Night Journey
Haridwar - Rishikesh - Barkot
Arrival at Haridwar. After Fresh up in Choultry / Hotel, proceed to Rishikesh (24 Kms), Visit Shivananda Ashram, Ram jhoola, Swarg Ashram, Geeta Ashram, Lakshman Jhoola. After lunch proceed to Barkot (216 Kms / 7 hrs). Check into Hotel
Barkot - Yamunotri – Barkot
departure to Hanumanchatti (32 kms / 1.5 hrs). Later take a local jeep to Janakichatti to shorten your trek by 5 Kms. Proceed to Yamunotri temple by walk / pony / doli. (Approximate charges for both ways by horse would be ‘800/- to ‘1,200/- and doli ‘2,500/- to 3,500/- Approx). Return to Barkot.
Barkot – Uttarkashi
Leisure time till noon. After Lunch, Proceed to Uttarkashi (100 Kms./ 4 Hrs). Upon arrival, Check into hotel.
Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi
Departure to Gangotri (100 Kms. / 5 hrs). Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a Holy Dip in the sacred Ganges, Perform Pooja and return to Uttarkshi.
Uttarkashi - Srinagar
Departure to Srinagar (160 Kms. / 8 hrs). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight Stay.
Srinagar - Gupta Kashi - Rampur
Depart from Srinagar to Rudraprayag (34 Kms.), the confluence point of 2 Holy rivers – Alaknanda & Mandakini and then drive to Rampur (65 Kms.), check into Hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.
Rampur - Kedarnath - Rampur
Early hours proceed to Sonprayag (4 Kms.) then to Gaurikund (5 Kms.) by Govt. Jeep. and later Proceed to Kedarnath (17 Kms.) by pony. After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, return to Rampur. Overnight stay. Pilgrims going by Helicopter: Early morning proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad. Later, proceed to Kedarnath Temple by walk (1 Km.). After Darshan / Pooja at Temple, return to Helipad to board the Helicopter back to Rampur. Overnight stay.
Rampur - Badrinath
Departure to Badrinath (238 kms. / 12 hrs). Upon arrival, check into hotel. Overnight stay.
Badrinath - Pipalkoti
Morning after darshan of Shri Badrinath ji, visit Mana village, the last village before the Indo – Tibetan border. After Lunch drive to Pipalkoti (79 Kms. / 4 hrs). Upon arrival, check into hotel. Overnight stay.
Pipalkoti - Haridwar
Departure to Haridwar (240 Kms. / 10 hrs). Have Holy bath in Ganges, and Aarati in the Ganges at Hari-Ki-Pauri in the evening. After dinner proceed to Delhi (205 Kms. / 5 hrs.). Night Journey.
